Refund and Return Policy for Uno Leather Products Thank you for shopping with Uno Leather. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns You have 5 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] / +92336-7727724 to request a return authorization (RA) number. Once you have received your RA number, please securely package your item and include the RA number on the package.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Order Cancellation:You can cancel your order before it’s shipped. Once it’s shipped, you can’t cancel it.
Personalized Items:If you’ve Personalized or customized your item, you can’t return it for a refund or exchange.
Exchanges If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
